This massage will consist of traditional Swedish massage strokes (think soothing/gliding) combined with firm pressure while incorporating deep tissue techniques to address areas of pain or dysfunction. You may choose to have a complete relaxation massage where you can expect to simply rest while I work or we may communicate throughout the treatment if you are seeking rehabilitative services.
